Excellent training session with WSKF England and Scotland. Special thanks to Sensei Mitsuoka Tomiko and Sensei Hitoshi Kasuya for making this possible. To Sensei Andy Hunt, Alasdair Taylor, Stewart Rennie, George Christodoulides, Sorcha Mc. Corry for such excellent support. Students and parents from UK, WSKF Renseikan Dojo, Aberdeen Bushido, AXIOS Shotokan Karate Center and WSKF-SEDAI.

6 hours of intensity and dynamic training in Kihon, Kata and Kumite. The topics were diverse and innovator: We were able to visualize the range spectrum of Kata has in Kumite and how it can be blend in a smart and accurate way. We did focus on how to be precise in sen-no-sen, and also being able to incorporate the use of more that 2 limbs in our defensive and offensive system. Method to improve the reaction visual and tactile and how we can build endurance and stamina. Tips in Kata, Kumite and the way on how we can make Kihon more interesting.

The most important was have had the opportunity to share with Senior WSKF instructors and Students different perspectives and also the opportunity to re-enforce the aim of WSKF has world wide.
Really happy with the result.

We would like to share with all of you the successful result at the 'Karate Ireland ONAKAI Kata and Kumite Senior National 2019' held this weekend. Our Organization WSKF-Ireland achieved an overall result with all our Competitors who were involved in this important Tournament, obtained the first place in the Official Result. WSKF-SEDAI added 3 gold medals, 1 silver, and 3 bronze between kata and kumite categories. A special thank you to our Organization and our Chief Instructor Sensei Mark Sheridan for his guidance and assistance, We would like to recognize all WSKF-Competitors for such a big effort and high performance, Karate Ireland-ONAKAI and President Mr. Chris Kelly for an excellent organization tournament. Now we are facing our WSKF World Championships in Japan in August. Keep up the basic training.

Our first session training of the year held a place in Madrid yesterday 18th of May, was an amazing session with friends and new member, We gave welcome to Christian Yanez and his Family. We did emphasise in our basic elements 'Kihon, Kata and Kumite' as ever, we went through Kanku-dai, Bassai-dai and Jion and we put on the context 'Geri-Sodan-Kata' a pretty good way to improve and developed geri and hiza waza, We did focus on Tai-no-sen and Sen-no-sen during the Kihon and Kata performance. As a relevant action, we hand in the Certificate as a New Club WSKF Spain ever 'ichi-go-ichi-e' managed by our Instructor Giuliana Calise in Barcelona, we are so proud of this achievement and we look for next registration holding in Madrid under Pablo Chirino, Lanzarote and Tenerife under Rafael Gonzalez and David Franco, Vigo under Javier Tineo, all of them Member affiliate to WSKF. Our next challenge is coming up on August in the World WSKF Championship where a modest but proud Spain Selection will say Oss. Next meeting and training are gonna be in Barcelona in October'19th, we encourage everybody to attend this and making everything possible as so far has run.  Big thank you to Sensei Hitoshi Kasuya for making this possible and encourage everybody to continue to pursue the WSKF Philosophy, also, big thank to everybody how attended yesterday and the past sessions, we are sure that every day we're gonna be more members.   Oss

Nuestra primear sesión se dio lugar ayer 18 de Mayo en Madrid, fue una excelente actividad junto con amigos y nuevos miembros. Dimos la bienvenida a Christian Yánez y su Familia, Hicimos énfasis en lo más elemental como lo es ‘Kata, Kihon y Kumite’ como siempre debe ser. Nos enfocamos Kanku-dai, Jion and pusimos en contexto ‘Geri-Shodan-Kata, una excelente manera de mejorar y desarrollar geri and hiza waza. Enfocamos Tai-no-sen y Sen-no-sen en la ejecución del Kihon y Kumite. Como relevante acción, entregamos el Certificado de afiliación como primer Club Registrado en España para la WSKF, este bajo la dirección de la Instructora Giuliana Calise establecido en Barcelona, estamos muy orgulloso de este logro y buscamos afiliar Madrid bajo la dirección de Pablo Chirino, Lanzarote y Tenerife bajo David Franco y Rafael González, Vogo bajo Javier Tineo, todos ellos miembros afiliados a la WSKF.  Nuestro próximo reto se presenta en JAPON en el Campeonato Mundial a celebrarse el venidero Agosto, WSKF-España dirá presente con una modesta selección. Próxima reunión y entrenamiento será en Barcelona en le mes de Octubre, animamos a todos asistir. Agradecidos con nuestro Sensei Hitoshi Kasuya por hacer esto posible y animarnos a todos en continuar y perseguir la Filosofía de WSKF, agradecidos por todos los que hicieron el esfuerzo de estar presente ayer y a todos los que lo han hecho en el pasado, estamos seguro que cada vez sernos más miembros.
